Responsibilities
Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Liaising with customers and partners
Part of the controlling function and internal expenses management
Support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Support with VAT returns and reconciliations
Collaboration with other finance teams (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis)
Implementation of controls as part of the internal control system (ICS)
Competent point of contact for inquiries, e.g., regarding outstanding invoices
Support in receivables managementDocumentation of internal posting/journal notes in the CRM system
Requirements
At least 4 years of practical accounting experience, ideally in Switzerland
Completed training as an accounting clerk/assistant
Relevant certifications such as Swiss GAAP are an advantage
Experience with Odoo
Excellent written and spoken German and English (conversational English preferred)
Comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and confident in expressing opinions
Eager to apply and further develop professional knowledge
