- Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting across the Business Group
- Support key management and corporate reporting requirements
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly consolidation processes
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with Group standards
- Coordinate key accounting topics across international entities
- Support resolution of complex accounting and audit-related matters
- Transform financial data into analyses and management information for business decisions

Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive years of experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial controlling, accounting governance, or corporate finance within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, financial reporting, month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet management
- Ability to analyze complex financial topics, challenge assumptions, and deliver high-quality results with accuracy and ownership
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business impact
- Experience partnering across multiple entities, functions, and stakeholders in an international organization
- Ability to drive process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and finance transformation projects
- Strong command of Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools
- Fluent English
- German is an advantage
