Financials Cloud Expense Lead Contractor

• Own and stabilize Cloud Expense application delivery across complex client environments
• Provide hands‑on functional leadership for the Oracle Cloud Expense module
• Support end‑to‑end expense reporting processes through interaction with HCM, GL, AP, and Payroll
• Lead Finance Functional activities for Oracle Cloud Financial Applications implementations
• Provide solutioning, design, configuration, and testing
• Provide client leadership to drive solution acceptance and adoption
• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis
• Conduct functional workshops and create design and setup documentation
• Configure solutions and develop business test scenarios
• Collaborate with technical teams on CEMLI/RICE objects
• Provide post-go-live production support, including incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex cases
• Advise customers on complex use of Oracle products
• Lead Datavail and client teams through configuration, testing, and cutover
• Resolve highly complex and mission‑critical issues
• Serve as Situation Manager for highly sensitive issues
• Mentor others to promote technical and professional development
• Create and review Knowledge Articles

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation with SCM orchestration
• Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations as a Finance Functional lead consultant
• At least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME, or at least 3 modules as a SME
• Implementation/support experience on Cloud Financial Modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH
• Hands‑on experience in a minimum of 5 Cloud Financial Modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH
• Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Expense module version 23+ capabilities
• Knowledge of HCM, GL, AP, Payroll, and their integrations with the Expense module
• Hands‑on functional/product experience leading Expense Module streams across implementations and managed support
• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
• Skills in SQL, OTBI, BIP, FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Strong customer interaction and service orientation
