- Manage vessel manning rotations
- Provide efficient and practical solutions for non-standard queries

Requirements
- Commercial qualification or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a shipping or offshore background
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Crew Operations or a similar role
- Experience in the offshore sector is desirable
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in finding "Out-Of-The-Box-Solutions" for non-standard queries
- Ability to rapidly adapt to dynamic operational requirements
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- German language skills will be beneficial
