- Build ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app that enhance ads’ performance and functionality
- Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges
- Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Web Engineering
- Proficient in Typescript and Javascript
- Willingness to tackle data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant applications
- Experience with automated testing best practices, code quality/design patterns, and observability
- Skilled at performing insightful code reviews and receiving feedback
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a fully remote environment and discussion of complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working on ad tech (preferred)
- Experience working on consumer-facing sites at production value and scale (preferred)
