- Build the next-generation TMW Suite Dispatch UI from scratch
- Build responsive, accessible React screens using TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and MUI X DataGrid
- Integrate frontend interfaces with CloudHub/OData/CHC backend API layers and customer SQL database workflows
- Ship fully tested software on a weekly demo cycle using Playwright and axe-core
- Create intuitive interfaces for drag-and-drop planning, real-time map synchronization, and performance-tuned data grids
- Use AI tools such as Cursor to accelerate development, create test scaffolding, and refine component libraries
- Collaborate in a pod model with another developer and an embedded generalist
Requirements
- Experience building production React applications with TypeScript
- Strong component architecture with composable, testable components, clean prop contracts, and proper state management
- Experience with data-heavy UIs, including grids, tables, filters, server-side pagination, and real-time updates
- Comfort with REST/OData API integration and debugging full request/response chains
- CSS/styling proficiency for responsive layouts, design system integration, and consistent cross-browser rendering
- Git workflow fluency, including trunk-based development, feature branches, clean commit history, and PR reviews
- Ability to collaborate closely with one other developer and an embedded generalist while shipping weekly
- Drag-and-drop implementation experience (bonus)
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor (bonus)
- Familiarity with MUI/Material UI component library and theming (bonus)
- Previous experience modernizing legacy desktop applications into browser-based UIs (bonus)
- Background in .NET/C# OData APIs (helpful, not required)
- Logistics, transportation, or energy industry domain knowledge (bonus)
