Drive process standardization across manufacturing sites
Support global initiatives such as operational excellence, automation, robotics, and AI
Oversee QC/AST KPIs and KQIs
Strengthen collaboration across sites and platforms
Manage changes and transformations
Support talent development and knowledge exchange
Requirements
University degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, microbiology, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in production, development, or quality functions
Experience collaborating across boundaries
Strong Quality Control experience
Knowledge of digital QC systems
Strong understanding of compliance requirements
Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Digital and AI savviness with proficiency in English
