Global Campus Professor – Department of Administrative Management Professions

• Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses to adult learners
• Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction
• Connect learning experiences to workforce skills and professional advancement
• Foster a supportive learning environment for adult learners
• Prioritize student learning, achievement, and timely feedback
• Maintain strong communication with students and respond promptly to inquiries
• Ensure academic integrity and uphold university policies
• Collaborate with academic support teams to enhance student experience
• Develop and improve courses and innovative teaching practices with instructional designers, assessment specialists, and other experts
• Develop and improve course materials, including texts, media, assessment tools, and instructional modalities
• Review, support, and mentor instructional quality of associate faculty
• Lead continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional design
• Collaborate with student success, student affairs, library, writing center, access and wellness, academic advising, and career services

Requirements

• Earned master’s degree in a business, management, or organizational studies, or closely related field
• Evidence of effective preparation, depth of knowledge within a specialized field, and capacity to deliver excellence in teaching, service, and scholarly contributions
• Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning, including curriculum development and assessment strategies, especially in virtual environments
• Collaborative and student-centered approach to leadership and instructional support
• Ability to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive online learning environments
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with adult learners
• Ability to align academic content with workforce needs and industry trends
• Skill in using educational technology and learning management systems
• Ability to interpret student success data and use insights to improve teaching practices and curricular design
• Commitment to a student-centered Culture of Care
• Ability to balance teaching, service, and administrative responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
