- Lead medical strategy across Paediatric Oncology (Pedmarqsi) throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and execute global medical plans, translating clinical insights and unmet needs into actionable strategies
- Act as medical lead within global teams, influencing brand strategy and lifecycle management
- Align global and local implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with external experts, scientific societies, and patient organisations
- Oversee data generation, interpretation, and communication, including studies and publications
- Translate insights into impactful business actions
- Provide medical input into regulatory, training, and commercial materials
- Ensure scientific accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (e.g. MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD)
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence global stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing medical strategies across multiple markets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific data
