Work as an all-rounder across mechanics, electronics, and software on development projects for new automotive actuators
Collaborate closely with customers
Serve as the technical interface between different Magna departments
Derive system requirements for mechanical, electronic, and software components from customer requirements
Define system architecture and interfaces between system components
Manage and maintain requirements documentation and system descriptions throughout projects
As Lead Engineer, ensure requirements are implemented and verified on schedule
Act as the interface between the development team and overall project management
Initiate and track improvement and corrective actions for deviations
Requirements
Completed technical education (HTL / FH / TU)
Several years of professional experience with a strong focus on mechatronic systems
Interest in the interaction of mechanics, electronics, and software
Knowledge of requirements management, Automotive SPICE, CMMI, and ideally functional safety
Knowledge of LIN bus, product functionalities, and production-related aspects is advantageous
Initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and a goal-oriented, accurate working style
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for business
