Group Head Client Service

Responsibilities

• You will lead and mentor a team of Regular and Junior Consultants — you will develop and motivate them
• You are responsible for developing the strategy and conceptualizing the communication measures for a major key account
• You will develop media strategies together with your consulting colleagues and the specialist teams and ensure smooth integration of all disciplines
• For your client, you are the primary contact for all matters related to media strategy: you deliver a 360‑degree media recommendation and ensure the implementation of the agreed scope of services
• You work independently and closely with the client and the connected agencies
• You continuously monitor our clients’ needs and identify which products from our portfolio could be helpful to the client, and you pitch these to the client
• You actively contribute to new business pitches

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in media consulting/account management on the agency side
• Over the years you have built up comprehensive media, marketing and communications know‑how across all channels
• You are highly experienced in developing media strategies
• You bring initial leadership experience
• Your knowledge of research and analysis tools is solid; you translate insights into actionable recommendations
• You can work proactively under pressure and against tight deadlines and ensure high client satisfaction
• You are a communication professional with extensive presentation experience
• You can communicate confidently with our clients in English and German
