Requirements
- Willingness to engage in long-term collaboration on ongoing projects
- Solid experience on the agency side at senior or management level, or as a freelancer working with agencies
- Specialization in one of the following areas: Creative, Account Consulting, Strategy, Web, UX/UI
- Academic background in Design, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with our consultants as part of a team
- Experience with the professional execution of briefs
- Independent, results-oriented approach to work
- Reliability and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work or attend meetings in person occasionally (travel expenses covered by us)
