- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams

Requirements
- Degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive knowledge of HOAI
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and management of complex building projects
- Experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of project economics, cost control, and schedule management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating project teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoy building long‑term client relationships
- Very good German skills and good English skills
