- Responsibility for architectural planning processes and project management for shop and office designs
- Further development of existing workflows in collaboration with stakeholders
- Consideration of international and regional requirements as well as corporate identity (CI) design guidelines
- Support for regional and local Design Managers by providing detailed specifications for shop and office fit-outs
- Development of concepts and design plans
- Review of planned design adaptations
- Monitoring schedules, costs, and quality standards
- Contributing to the further development and optimization of shop design
- Management of the materials library and design studio at the Hamburg headquarters
- Providing physical furnishing and fixture selection options for license partners
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in Interior Design, Architecture, a comparable field, or relevant vocational training
- At least two years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, or high-end office design
- Experience working in accordance with CI design guidelines is desirable
- Experience in project management and working with construction documents
- Extensive experience in CAD drafting (AutoCAD or VectorWorks)
- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience creating and delivering presentations
- Independent, structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Availability to work full time (40 hours per week)
