- Design and build agentic AI systems using frameworks like Pydantic AI
- Develop tool registries, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and orchestration of LLM-based workflows across AI-powered products
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Software Engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Integrate AI and Data Science features into the platform
- Automate data analytics and insights visualizations for non-technical users
- Automate advanced market research methods that are easy to use, statistically valid, and scientifically valid
- Build and ship supervised, unsupervised, and LLM-based machine learning models end-to-end
- Prototype, train, and deploy machine learning models in production
- Contribute to AI observability and evaluation practices
- Use tools such as Langfuse and inspect-ai to monitor, trace, and improve AI systems in production
- Stay current with AI, LLM, and agentic architecture advancements and share insights with colleagues
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related relevant field
- At least one year of professional experience in Data Science and AI building production-grade products
- Production-level experience building agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, tool-use patterns, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar approaches
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Proficiency with FastAPI, Pydantic/Pydantic AI, Pytest, Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
- Experience with LLM integration, such as Azure OpenAI or Anthropic
- Experience in the software industry delivering high-quality, scalable services via APIs to production
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Experience with code reviews, automated testing such as Pytest, and CI/CD practices
- Excellent and creative problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Nice to have: familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and AI observability tooling such as Langfuse and LLM tracing
- Nice to have: experience in or passion for market research, marketing, or consumer insights
