- Support the Deputy General Counsel on contract law and related matters concerning the day-to-day business
- Independently review, draft, and negotiate national and international agreements, particularly procurement, sales, services, cooperation, confidentiality, and IT agreements
- Continuously develop contract templates, model clauses, and internal standards
- Support contract negotiations with business partners and the legal assessment of new business models and projects
- Conduct legal research and present legal matters clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders
- Advise on selected company-wide projects from a contract law perspective
- Report directly to the Deputy General Counsel and work closely with the Legal & Compliance team and business functions
Requirements
- Successfully completed the first or second German State Examination in Law
- Initial relevant professional experience (approximately 2-3 years) at a law firm or in a legal department
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely as part of a team
- Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders and a professional presence
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience with legal tech or contract management systems is an advantage but not required
