- Responsibility for the existing AI & Processes Practice and its professional, organizational, and financial development
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team of experts in AI, processes, organizational development, and automation
- Establishment of clear areas of expertise and promotion of capability building, knowledge transfer, and collaboration
- Responsibility for capacity, skills, and resource planning
- Advising executive management, CIOs, and business units on the introduction, scaling, and use of AI and automation solutions
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Developing strategies, roadmaps, and transformation programs with clients
- Responsibility for complex consulting and transformation projects and their successful implementation
- Further developing the business area in collaboration with Sales and Portfolio & Innovation
- Identifying new market and growth opportunities
- Representing LM to clients, partners, and at events
- Further developing the portfolio, as well as new services and solution offerings related to AI, processes, and automation
- Ensuring high quality standards and promoting the reusability of successful solutions, methods, and best practices
- Collaborating with Security & Compliance, Data & Analytics, and other specialist areas to deliver holistic client solutions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting, transformation, or business development
- Strong knowledge of AI, process management, organizational development, and automation
- Leadership experience managing teams, practices, or business units
- Several years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or building and further developing business areas
- Understanding of modern Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to shape and build
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strategic vision combined with a strong focus on execution
- Enthusiasm for innovation and emerging technologies
