Responsibilities
UX/UI architecture & conversion design (approx. 50%)
Develop the UX strategy for our shops (CH, DE, AT, FR)
Independently create wireframes, prototypes and page concepts in Figma – grounded in sales psychology, not just “pretty”
Design and build new landing pages: hero section, page structure, CTAs, forms
Think in end-to-end customer journeys and funnels: Ad → Landing Page → Product Detail Page (PDP) → Cart → Post‑purchase
Systematic setup of A/B tests & CRO: configure, analyze and translate results into concrete improvements
Further develop design standards: component library and Conversion Design Language for ofinto
Oversee and evaluate German copy (headlines, USPs, product texts) – ensure quality and sales effectiveness
Competitor analysis and derivation of concrete UX/conversion improvements
Lead our creative team (visual design, 3D, UX/UI) – internal and external resources
Clear, strategically founded briefs and reviews for all visual assets
Manage the complete 3D pipeline: product renderings, interactive configurators, 3D animations and videos
Ensure a consistent visual language across brand, ads and website
Coach and develop the team in site architecture, visual hierarchy and design quality
Use GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, heatmaps and session recordings to validate design decisions
Work closely with our CRO agency and performance marketing
Roadmap for website development and conversion optimization
Requirements
UX/UI design as a core competency: portfolio with e‑commerce projects and measurable conversion impact
Figma expert: able to produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes and page concepts independently
Conversion mindset: understands sales psychology, thinks in funnels, A/B tests and user flows
Landing page experience: has not only designed landing pages but also implemented and optimised them in a CMS
Leadership skills: able to coach a small creative team (copy, design, 3D, UX) and elevate their work
Analytical: GA4, heatmaps, and A/B testing tools are daily tools
Native‑level German: must be able to produce and edit copy
Nice‑to‑have: basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with BigCommerce or headless commerce
