- Responsible for the performance of the entire product portfolio across Press-Ons, Gel Strips, Care, and Accessories
- Develop a clear 1–5-year product strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap
- Systematically scout beauty and nail trends
- Ensure products are market-ready and commercially viable in collaboration with Retail and E-Commerce
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch
- Continuously develop and expand the product range
- Monitor revenue, margin, and growth, and prioritize based on data
- Manage regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Regulatory/QA team
- Lead and develop the Product Team of 6+ people in Cologne
- Expand the Product Team and establish the categories independently
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in the beauty industry
- Ideally, 2 years of leadership experience
- Proven experience taking products from ideation through launch independently
- Knowledge of ingredients and formulations (INCI, active ingredients, compatibilities)
- Strong product, branding, and beauty/nail trend intuition
- Genuine customer understanding and a Customer First mindset
- Clear, data-driven decision-making skills
- Strategic vision combined with a hands‑on mentality
- Confident collaborating cross‑functionally and with external partners such as laboratories, manufacturers, and fragrance houses
- Based in or around Cologne and willing to work regularly on‑site with the team
- Regulatory knowledge in areas such as the EU Cosmetics Regulation, claims, and compliance is a plus
