Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the HR function at one site with approximately 120–150 employees
Own HR controlling and ensure meaningful reporting of relevant HR metrics
Prepare HR KPIs for management and group reporting, analyze trends and derive well‑founded decision‑making input
Manage FTE and headcount planning; work closely with management and Finance on budget and forecast processes
Act as HR Business Partner to managers and employees and take responsibility for recruiting
Ensure reliable and timely personnel administration across the entire employee lifecycle
Requirements
Successfully completed HR specialist training with the Swiss Federal Certificate (eidg. Fachausweis)
Solid experience in HR controlling, HR reporting and preparation of HR metrics
Broad experience in personnel administration and knowledge of processes across the entire employee lifecycle
Confident user of Excel, HR systems and ideally experience with reporting or BI tools
Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a corporate or corporate‑related SME environment
Confident communication in German (native level) and English (good command)
