Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire HR function at a site with approximately 120 to 150 employees
Responsible for HR controlling at the site and ensuring meaningful reporting of relevant HR metrics
Preparation of HR KPIs for management and group reporting
FTE and headcount planning in close collaboration with management and finance for budget and forecast
Act as an HR Business Partner to managers and employees
Ensure reliable and timely personnel administration across the entire employee lifecycle
Ensure high data quality in HR systems and complete and accurate handling of administrative processes
Continuously develop HR processes, reporting and administrative workflows
Requirements
Successfully completed HR specialist training with Swiss Federal Certificate (eidg. Fachausweis)
Solid experience in HR controlling, HR reporting and preparing HR metrics
Broad experience in personnel administration and familiarity with processes across the entire employee lifecycle
Confident user of Excel, HR systems and ideally reporting or BI tools
Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a corporate or corporate-affiliated SME environment
Confident communication in German (native) and English (strong proficiency)
