Responsibilities
Contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility.
Support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice.
Ensure effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.
Drive Positive Behavioral Change by empowering teams to embrace a risk‑aware culture.
Facilitate collaborative incident investigations to extract insights and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Provide timely HSE incident reporting to management and stakeholders.
Create feedback loops that distribute lessons learned across ABB, encouraging proactive risk identification.
Requirements
Completed education or degree in HSE or a related field.
3–5 years of HSE experience in an international industrial environment.
Good knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and an initiative‑driven mindset.
Structured, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented way of working.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
Open to travel 10-20%.
