- Coordinate and supervise project management activities including Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Safety, and Project Controls
- Manage low to medium complexity build projects across several Ag & Trading North America locations
- Coach and work closely with 5–7 site-based Build Project Supervisors
- Ensure Cargill Project Management systems and tools are introduced and consistently executed
- Provide strategic vision and incorporate best practices into project delivery
- Execute projects using the project management framework to achieve objectives
- Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics to mitigate risk and improve performance
- Apply tools and techniques to proactively control project outcomes
- Partner with business stakeholders to enable business value and technical benefits
- Coordinate operational aspects of assigned projects
- Lead and develop a team, including talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 30% in North America
- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in United States or Canada
- Project management experience
- Safety and quality management experience
- Project controls and tracking experience
- Construction management experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
