- Perform access reviews and role provisioning
- Support implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with the helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues
- Provide advanced technical support through business analysis, reporting, and design/programming of new processes and reports
- Participate in ongoing technical development and deployment of the IAM program
- Automate and optimize new and existing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and joint designs
- Design, build, implement, and deploy high-availability IAM solutions for large cross-platform projects
- Develop and document standard operating procedures, IAM standards, and technical design documentation
- Design, install, and configure enhanced security models and applications for identity authentication and authorization
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines
- Gather data, track trend metrics, and analyze results for continuous service improvement
- Triage and implement changes to remediate issues or defects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Design applications including code, functionality, and interoperability with other systems
- Develop detailed IAM technical requirements and designs using industry best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill
- Experience with application access provisioning
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with CyberArk and/or SailPoint preferred
- Experience with privileged account management, file shares/file folders, and batch “bulk” processing preferred
- Experience with IT Security Compliance standards preferred
- Proficiency with scripting preferred
- Experience with reporting/metrics preferred
- Knowledge of O365, Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint preferred
- Knowledge of cloud solutions such as Amazon and Azure preferred
- Intermediate ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Intermediate ability to work independently
