We are looking for an Access Management Specialist (m, f, d) for the role of
IAM Manager .
Responsibilities
Manage projects for integration and optimization of IAM processes according to the roadmap.
Further develop IAM with new functions.
Design and manage role creation and development, including tool and process optimization.
Ensure functionality of access to buildings and applications/systems.
Adapt IAM systems during restructuring.
Design and integrate IAM in new divisions.
Implement new or adapted business and IT authorizations and ensure their maintenance.
Perform regular data reconciliations to ensure data quality in coordination with HR and master data managers.
Review user authorizations.
Ensure compliance with risk management and corporate governance.
Support audit or authority requests.
Participate in regulatory projects.
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience with digital identity, IAM, identity governance and access management.
Experience in cybersecurity and data protection.
Knowledge of access management and tools such as Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange or Azure.
Analytical and conceptual thinking.
Service and result‑oriented personality.
Strong interpersonal skills and eloquence.
Team player, proactive, versatile.
High‑quality decision making.
Proficiency in German and English.
