Coordinate and manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot
Support the scheduling, preparation, and coordination of online and telephone customer meetings
Prepare sales materials and presentations using existing templates
Ensure smooth back-office operations, including CRM maintenance and quote preparation
Provide organizational support to existing customers
Assist with customer onboarding and inquiries
Work closely with management, Support, and the Product team
Requirements
- Initial experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial/administrative role
- Experience organizing appointments and processes
- Confident using digital tools such as email and Excel
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is a plus
- Friendly, structured, and reliable approach to work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- No technical expertise required - comprehensive training will be provided
- Experience in the automotive or software industry is optional
