- Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Learn the insurance product and match customers with appropriate insurance companies
- Learn and navigate Jerry.ai’s evolving app
- Solve problems and remove barriers to obtaining appropriate coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the product
- Determine sales or service path through the interview process
Requirements
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team

- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required
- P&C license status requested; the company pays for the license if the candidate does not have one yet
