- Co-shape the company's vision, strategy, and business model as an equal member of the founding team
- Define and implement Calvergy's overall technical strategy
- Build a scalable, maintainable, and future-proof platform architecture
- Technical decision-making responsibility toward investors, partners, and customers
- End-to-end ownership of the software architecture (backend, frontend, Dev Ops, data/ML)
- Architect and scale backend systems
- Integrate simulation, AI/optimization models, and product logic
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and technical excellence
- Collaborate with users to translate real-world problems into marketable products
- Build, lead, and inspire the tech team

Requirements
- Several years of experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Full Stack Developer — or comparable entrepreneurial experience
- Strong expertise in system and software architecture, ideally with Python and a modern cloud stack
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React and Type Script
- Solid understanding of scalable platforms, APIs, data architectures, and distributed systems
- Initial experience building and leading teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership mentality, and high intrinsic motivation
- Willingness to take on technical, strategic, and people responsibility
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML, optimization, simulation, or energy systems
