- Work as part of a team supporting the maintenance of applications and/or infrastructure
- Analyze data against business requirements
- Perform analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions
- Support Pathward technologies and recommend improvements
- Work with stakeholders to obtain information and data on product performance, quality, and operational support functions
- Contribute to timely work estimates and deliver against them
- Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting
- Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies
- Ensure application and/or infrastructure quality through testing and adherence to IT standards and guidelines
- Build test data necessary for testing
- Ensure applications and/or infrastructure meet IT-defined security standards
- Identify and report technology risks
- Understand data associated with supported technologies
- Help maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
- Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions
- Ability to support applications and/or infrastructure technologies
- Ability to analyze data against business requirements
- Ability to follow IT standards, guidelines, and security standards
- Ability to build test data and perform testing
- Ability to identify and report technology risks
