- Manage and administer IT infrastructure and production IT systems across various locations
- Independently manage, plan, and execute system migrations, including hardware, software, and networks
- Integrate and administer software applications and hardware
- Perform data integration and migrations
- Collaborate with external IT service providers and internal teams
- Support locations with general IT issues and questions and resolve them
- Automate processes
- Create and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues to ensure the stable operation of IT systems

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional IT experience, including independently managing migration projects
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure support and administration, including clients, servers, and networks
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Windows environments
- Experience with LAN, WLAN, VPN, and VLAN; Meraki experience is a plus
- Experience with Citrix environments
- Knowledge of IT security requirements, such as MFA, endpoint protection, and ITIL
- Ability to analyze heterogeneous IT environments and transition them to standardized environments
- Experience in 1st- and 2nd-level user support, ticketing systems, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a strong motivation for professional development
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Experience in the metering services or property management industry is an advantage
