Responsibilities
Maintenance and operation of the existing infrastructure (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.)
Delivery of on-site IT services, e.g. installation and configuration (hardware and software), troubleshooting and consulting
Preparation and support for rollouts and relocations
Performing repair tasks on IT equipment
Advising, instructing and training employees on the use of systems
Meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Activation and troubleshooting of telecommunications lines and network connections
Receiving, qualifying and resolving incident tickets
Documentation tasks
Requirements
Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (or equivalent); alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role as a career changer
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
Good experience with standard PC/laptop hardware used (Apple/Lenovo)
Knowledge of telecommunications end devices (iPhones, iPads, smartphones, VoIP)
Desirable: knowledge of network technologies, Active Directory, remote/VPN access, print servers and ITIL
Structured, independent and self-reliant working style
Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
