- Provide general IT support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site
- Provide support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
- Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems
- Document incidents and follow resolution procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support IT-related projects including technology deployments, migrations, and upgrades
- Work with users by phone, through remote support sessions, and in person at client locations as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
- Ability to solve problems and learn quickly is required
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is helpful
- Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is helpful
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must have work-from-home accommodations
