- Build and maintain hands‑on lab scenarios and technical content using YAML and Markdown
- Script and automate parts of the training environment using Bash or Python
- Troubleshoot the delivery platform, including Instruqt and LMS systems
- Help design and deliver training sessions, demos, and workshops

Requirements
- Working understanding of core DevOps and cloud‑native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals
- Hands‑on scripting experience in Bash or Python
- Experience working with YAML and Markdown
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to technical audiences
- Comfort experimenting with AI coding/agent CLI clients such as Claude Code or Codex
- Curiosity, reliability, and a habit of asking for and integrating feedback
- Working English, written and spoken
- Ability to apply newly acquired skills independently to deliver small training components
- Ability to connect technical topics to customer use cases
