- Basic knowledge of data analytics is a plus, including the ability to critically review analyses and optimize them together with specialist teams
- Interest in and understanding of market and competitive trends
- Excellent observational skills with outstanding organizational and communication abilities
- Strong team player with a positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement processes
- High level of initiative, commitment to quality results, and a structured, energetic working style
- Excellent English and German language skills
