- Support the planning and structuring of short- and long-term financing arrangements
- Take ownership of the operational drawdown and refinancing processes
- Contribute to the preparation and optimization of financing models for project finance, leasing, and green bonds
- Build and maintain financial cases in ERP systems
- Support the entire financing process, from due diligence and contract structuring through project completion
- Work closely with internal and external partners
- Support accounting activities, including customer invoicing, month-end and year-end closing, and liquidity management
- Manage reporting to financing partners and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and financing options in the renewable energy sector
- Develop and implement your own ideas to optimally position MARCLEY
Requirements
- Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or completed banking training
- One to several years of professional experience (approximately 1–4 years) in finance, for example in banking, corporate finance, M&A, financial advisory, consulting, or asset/structured finance
- Interest in financing structures and models; initial experience in these areas is preferred
- Initial knowledge of accounting and tax-related matters, as well as accounting processes and financial close activities, is an advantage but not required
- Strong numerical skills and an interest in preparing and analyzing financial cases
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident, clear, and persuasive communication in German, both written and verbal
