Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university – REQUIRED
- Approximately 1–2 years of software development experience
- Relevant internships, substantive academic/capstone projects, research, independent development, or open-source contributions may be considered
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building functional software applications
- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and familiarity with React, Next.js, or a comparable modern web framework
- Understanding of both front-end and back-end application development
- Programming experience with an additional language such as Python, Java, or C#
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, databases, application integrations, and modern web architecture
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Docker, cloud computing, CI/CD, and application deployment concepts
- Foundational understanding of AI, generative AI, or large language model technologies
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work independently on defined assignments while collaborating effectively within a development team
- Ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, APIs, and development tools quickly
