- Assist and guide the multidisciplinary team throughout production processes, collaborating with authors, editors, proofreaders, designers, layout designers, illustrators, developers, critical readers, production/quality analysts, learning management system administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct briefings, onboarding sessions, and training for course coordinators, instructors, and tutors.
- Analyze source materials from different fields and adapt them into digital learning objects.
- Organize production schedules and plans to optimize processes.
- Develop storyboards and/or outlines based on source content.
- Create or assist in creating highly complex learning objects.
- Design and develop course scripts focused on the learning experience and the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Validate tests, exercises, quizzes, and assessments based on taxonomies for the development of skills and competencies.
- Apply a variety of language styles while adhering to standard Brazilian Portuguese usage.
- Lead and validate the delivery of the final versions of educational resources.
- Ensure the quality of instructional resources in line with learning objectives.
- Contribute to practical and tangible outcomes for the course production model.
- Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement in the production of educational resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies and distance-learning techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of educational content development, preferably in higher education institutions.
- Knowledge of developing course syllabi and learning objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and produce written content.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills for managing production workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Basic project management knowledge, preferably in digital education.
- Comfortable using online meeting tools such as Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 44-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Design, Educational Technology, or Digital Education is preferred.
