Responsibilities
Searching for contact details and researching potential clients
Prospecting potential new clients via phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with people you don’t know)
Conducting initial needs-analysis conversations via online calls or in person
Preparing presentations for prospective and existing clients
Delivering presentations to clients and leading sales conversations
Organizing client events
Building and maintaining relationships with your client base
Managing the CRM
Requirements
You are passionate about marketing & social media
You enjoy making phone calls and can handle rejection
You like meeting new people and enjoy helping others
You work in an organized way and always keep an overview
You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
You learn quickly and pursue independent professional development
You work well on your own initiative and do not need constant direction
You are reflective and self-aware
You are excited to help us build Europe’s largest social media agency
Willingness to travel (2–7+ days per month)
