- Managing national and international IT projects in the logistics sector is your responsibility.
- You are the primary point of contact for the client.
- You collaborate with end users to develop solutions for complex challenges.
- Through workshops and training sessions, you ensure our customers are fully familiar with our software and can work efficiently.
- You are responsible for designing and implementing customer‑specific data interfaces, process workflows, business logic, and reports.
- You advise our clients and prepare proposals for extension or enhancement requests.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You already bring initial experience in consulting or (IT) project management.
- Ideally, you have gained first experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
- You are enthusiastic about complex software solutions, IT‑savvy and always act with a customer‑oriented approach.
- You have business‑fluent (negotiation‑level) German and English skills, ideally also French, and are willing to travel occasionally.
