- Execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources.
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Support the maintenance of databases and Data Warehouse or Data Lake structures.
- Support data quality activities to ensure the reliability of analyses.
- Support the development and maintenance of management and operational dashboards and reports.
- Support the formulation, updating, and validation of key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring performance and trends.
- Conduct basic descriptive analyses and data checks, identifying patterns and anomalies.
- Use visualization, ETL, and analytics tools in accordance with team guidelines.
- Interact with internal clients to gather requirements, translating business needs into data solutions.
- Support the documentation of business rules, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
- Support data, BI, ML, and AI projects.
- Operate in compliance with information security policies and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including creating complex queries and performing basic optimization.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of ETL processes or experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate relevant business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Willingness and interest in learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with Python for data analysis, data manipulation, and automation.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts and structures.
- Experience with code version control tools such as Git.
- Experience using Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and Spark.
- Familiarity with basic Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Certifications in BI, data analytics, or specific tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
