- Support customer projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from the initial idea through go-live
- Advise customers on Business Central features, apps, and capabilities
- Analyze customer processes and develop tailored solutions
- Work with development teams to translate processes into Business Central solutions
- Make new features and apps available to defined customer groups
- Support project coordination, testing, rollouts, and change and release management
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and customers
- Support companies in the wood industry in improving complex production and logistics processes
- Contribute to system updates, SaaS transformation, and the establishment of clear standards
Requirements
- Experience in consulting
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and an understanding of real-world production processes
- Ideally, experience in optimizing and digitizing production processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage; training will be provided if needed
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
- Proficiency in English
