- Ingest customer labor and operational data and turn it into automated schedule recommendations using Ando’s model.
- Analyze schedule-vs-actual outcomes weekly.
- Contribute to the labor matrix and run cost and usage analyses that inform pricing and positioning.
- Work with product and engineering to turn customer needs into product improvements.
- Run intake with each new customer and lead the change-management conversation.
- Own the weekly relationship.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with executives.
- Anticipate what a customer needs before they ask.
Requirements
- Restaurant operations experience preferred
- Strong with spreadsheets and data
- Comfortable with SQL and data tools
- Excellent communicator across levels
- Emotionally intelligent
- Honest early and anticipatory
- Successful candidates will have workforce analytics or operations-research background, preferably in restaurant or hospitality customer-facing SaaS experience, and English/Spanish bilingual.
