Responsibilities
- Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation programs
- Own implementation processes for assigned accounts, including successful software implementation and training to drive client adoption
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members
- Ensure timely and successful completion of new-client implementations
- Monitor client progress and activities to ensure adoption while staying within scope and schedule
- Host virtual or in-person customer sessions
- Travel to customer on-sites as needed, approximately 40%
- Serve as the primary point of contact during client implementation phases for hardware and software implementations
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders
- Guide customers on change management programs, Motive product utilization, and initial system setup
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related B2B role, preferably in telematics, logistics, or fleet management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
