Manage employee learning initiatives and professional development plans with a focus on measurable outcomes
Assess training needs across global planning teams and functions
Measure and report on training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact
Collaborate with department heads and cross‑functional teams to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
Requirements
5+ years of direct planning, supply chain, operations, or related planning experience
Proven track record of exceptional project management with ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences at all organizational levels
Good understanding of talent development principles, culture, organization development
