• Provide legal advice for equities, tokenized securities, structured, and innovative products throughout their full lifecycle
• Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts
• Build program-level documentation where needed
• Work with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
• Structure new initiatives and manage legal risk
• Liaise with regulators on legal matters relating to equities and tokenized securities products
• Manage external counsel
• Contribute to internal guidance and training
• Help develop scalable legal processes and templates
• Serve as a key legal point of contact for innovative equity-linked products and digital asset-linked solutions
Requirements
- 5-12 (+) years PQE
- Experience in structured products, ECM, derivatives, or broader capital markets from in-house or private practice; and/or cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization product experience
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams
- Full remote work arrangement offered
- Necessary legal authorization to work
