- Take responsibility for the ongoing development of the ACTAPORT law firm software, from conception through release
- Gather and analyze customer and regulatory requirements
- Translate requirements into practical, user-oriented features
- Collaborate with the development team to clarify questions, refine scope, prioritize work, and resolve blockers
- Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog
- Support the development process using agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Present product progress to stakeholders
- Support quality assurance activities
- Define and communicate acceptance criteria
- Document new features
- Train employees and customers as needed
Requirements
- Completed degree in law, business administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Understanding of legal processes and user needs
- CSPO or PSPO I certification
- Structured, detail-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
- Strong understanding of UI/UX
- Interest in digital trends, AI, and Legal Tech
- Technical affinity for cloud software
- Excellent German skills
- Excellent English skills
