- Develop engineered lifting, rigging, transport, or traffic control plans for specialized heavy transport and structural moving projects
- Perform structural, mechanical, or load analysis to verify safety, stability, and performance
- Collaborate with operations, project managers, fabricators, and field personnel to develop practical engineering solutions
- Ensure designs and engineering work comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Design, analyze, and refine specialized equipment and engineered systems used in heavy lifting and transport applications
- Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation
- Support continuous improvement through innovative engineering and problem-solving
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience in structural analysis, equipment design, transportation engineering, construction engineering, or related disciplines preferred
- Experience in manufacturing design or traffic plans preferred
- Experience with SolidWorks, CAD, and engineering analysis software preferred
- Construction, heavy civil, structural steel, lifting, rigging, or heavy equipment experience is a plus
