Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and expand our existing customer base in the Managed IT Services area across the DACH region
Identify customer challenges and potential solution approaches with clear business value based on our portfolio
Provide commercial leadership of acquisition projects from lead qualification to successful close in close cooperation with our technical Managed IT experts
Develop business cases / ROI analyses together with our Managed IT experts
Provide commercial support for solution and proposal presentations, lead negotiations and secure business deals
Collaborate closely with Marketing on targeted customer acquisition activities
Contribute to the ongoing development of our solutions portfolio based on customer and market requirements
Requirements
15 years of professional experience or more
Experience in presales or project management is a clear advantage
At least 7 years of experience selling Managed IT Services to large enterprises and/or mid-market companies with proven success
Strong interest in modern business solutions in the areas of Managed IT Infrastructure and Cloud
Confident handling of business metrics and cost calculations, and very strong analytical skills
Innovative, confident demeanor, self-initiative and readiness to take responsibility as a solutions partner in escalation and conflict management
High social competence and self-motivation to meet new people and companies, combined with strong persuasive skills and closing ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
