Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to create transformative solutions to major organizational challenges
- Apply design thinking approaches to create new solutions
- Lead projects through research, data analytics, discovery, prototyping, and piloting
- Manage a portfolio of topics and determine what advances through each stage of the innovation process
- Build problem statements, hypotheses, and project plans
- Collaborate with researchers, field teammates, analysts, business partners, technology, product, and research teams
- Create a culture that is open, respectful, collaborative, driven, and focused on impact
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–7 years of work experience
- Preferably experience in a design, innovation, strategy, product, or analytical environment
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to question assumptions, ideate, and create value through research-backed insights
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to own projects through completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop credibility quickly and build successful relationships
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
