- Lead the strategy, testing, and scaling of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity tools across Finance and FP&A
- Identify, prioritize, test, and deploy AI use cases that reduce manual effort in finance
- Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows for monthly close narratives, board reporting packages, and quarterly business reviews
- Partner with Global IT, data science, and finance stakeholders to translate technical concepts into production-ready business solutions
- Establish standards and guardrails for responsible AI use, including data security, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop accuracy validation
- Train finance users on AI-enabled processes, foster internal AI literacy, and monitor performance outcomes
- Ensure AI tools remain compatible with SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, and enterprise data lakes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science required
- 7+ years of combined experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems administration, or digital transformation
- Hands-on experience deploying AI, machine learning, or RPA tooling in a business or finance context
- Familiarity with ERP/planning systems including SAP, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, or Workday
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms
- Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical financial leaders
- Proven project management and change-leadership capabilities
- Master’s Degree or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
